Employee Referral Program Terms and Conditions:​

1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to employees of Fedbank Financial Services ( Fedfina).
    
2. Referral Rewards: Referral rewards will be granted to employees who provides customer leads to the company. The rewards program is defined in three stages, each stage comprises of Fedcoins (FC). The more the FCs get accumulated at each stage, the higher the chances of getting closer to winning.
    
3. Referral Tracking: Referrals will be tracked through the employee app : Fedbank Lite, from where the leads will be collected. Fedfina is not responsible for any referrals that are not properly recorded.​
    
4. Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make.
    
5. Payment of Rewards: Referral rewards will be paid out in the form of cash, gift cards, or other rewards, as determined by the company in its sole discretion. Rewards will be paid out at the end of the contest.​​
    
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Fedfina reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.​
    
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Fedfina reserves the right to stop the refer & earn schemes on their portals at any point of time.​
