In the Account Summary, you can view your statement of loan against your LAN. It can be either one or more loans taken by you on different occasions against different gold jewellery. You can view all details under Account Summary.
On the Account Summary page, your current loan details shall be shown. A Pay Now button shall be activated for the LAN for which payment is pending. On clicking, you shall be taken to the payments page where your full details shall be displayed and will be asked to proceed for payments through the payment gateway.
It will have a summary of all your active and closed account details of the past: including open/closed dates, loan amount, branch name, interest rate etc.
In My Profile, you can view your details additionally you will get the option to add your bank details, secondary mobile number and secondary address.

Q. 1. How to add my bank details?
After logging in, you will see My Profile at the right hand side of the screen, click on Add bank account. On clicking, you will be asked to enter the bank account number and IFSC code for verification purpose you will be asked to upload a picture of the cancelled cheque and the first page of the passbook. Post verification your bank account details shall be saved.
Q. 2. How to make payments?

Q. 3. How to do loan repledge?
On the Account Summary page, your current loan details shall be shown, a Loan Repledge button shall be displayed against the LAN. On clicking, you shall be redirected to a page, where your account summary and various Gold Loan schemes shall be displayed with their details. You can click on Apply Now and go ahead with the required formalities with the scheme of your choice.
Q.4 How to view and update My Profile details?
Under My Profile on the right hand side of the screen, you can view your details; additionally you will get the option to add your bank details, secondary mobile number and secondary address.
Q.5 How to view Account Details?
You can view your account details under My Profile. Your account details will have a summary of all your active and closed account details of the past including open/closed dates, loan amount, branch name, interest rate etc.
Q.6 How to register for logging in to your Digital Gold Loan account
Visit www.fedfina.com, and click on Login on the right side of the page. You shall be redirected to another page where you will be asked to register yourself via UCIC or LAN i.e. Loan Account Number, along with entering your mobile number & CAPTCHA code. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for verification after which you can continue the login process.
Q. 7. How to set a password for your Digital Gold loan account?
After successful OTP verification, you will be asked to set a new password for the Account. Once the password is set successfully, you can continue the login process. You can set up your login via M-pin or fingerprint scan, on the successful login process you can now log in via password or M-pin to access your account.
Q. 8. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Click on Forgot password from the login screen, you will be asked to enter UCIC or LAN. After entering either of the details, click on Generate OTP. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, after verification you will be asked to set a new password for the Account, once a password is set successfully, you can now log in.
